• Pork belly bites in Pasilla sauce with sour apple slaw in a rice paper bowl – GF

Mains

• Miso butter baked barramundi with soba noodles and bok choy – GF

• Beef Fillet on mashed potato with green beans and bourbon cream green peppercorn sauce – GF

• Chicken fillet stuffed with brie and pistachio spread wrapped in prosciutto on herb potatoes and blueberry gin compote - GF

• Spanish peach cobbler with warm crème anglaise with vanilla ice cream - GF
